This one is pretty self explanatory from the photo, and really is beautifully simple!
In light rain or wet conditions when you would otherwise be fairly reluctant get your good SLR or digital camera out and about snapping - just pop it in a bag, ideally clear, and put a rubber band around the open end of the bag & around your lens.
So yes, this isn't a 100% waterproof or fool proof method, but done well it can definitely be a handy trick to save your gear.
